MEDAN, INVOCAVIT.COM – Parman Simanjuntak dan istrinya Lastaida Maulina, meradang. Pasalnya, empat kali melapor ke Polrestabes Medan dan Polsek Patumbak dalam kasus penganiayaan dan pengrusakan hingga saat ini tak ada kejelasan.
Karena laporannya tak kunjung ada kejelasan mengakibatkan ketenangan hidup mereka menjadi terganggu apalagi rumah mereka dirusak dan akses menuju rumah dihambat, akhirnya mereka meminta pendampingan ke Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat (LSM) Pakar RI.
Ketua LSM Pakar Indonesia, Atan Gantar Gultom mendesak aparat kepolisian segera menuntaskan laporan pengaduan Parman Simanjuntak dan istrinya Lastaida Maulina.
”Sudah empat kali melapor namun tak satupun yang lanjut, ketenangan hidup keluarganyapun terganggu dibuat 7 bersaudara kemana hati nurani polisi ini. Jangan setelah terjadi korban jiwa baru polisi mau turun. Kami minta supaya laporan itu dituntaskan Polrestabes Medan dan Polsek Patumbak, jika tidak kami dalam waktu dekat menggelar aksi besar-besaran untuk menuntut Kapolda Sumatera Utara mencopot Kapolsek Patumbak,” tegas Atan Gantar Gultom kepada wartawan, Jumat (28/3).

Atan mengatakan, menurut laporan keluarga Parman Simanjuntak bahwa pelaku memiliki pengaruh kuat di lingkungan tempat tinggal mereka. Mereka bersaudara ada tujuh keluarga.
”Satu keluarga lawan tujuh rumah tangga ditambah anak-anaknya membuat korban tak berdaya. Hukum tak lagi berpihak kepada Parman Simanjuntak dan keluarga walau rumah mereka telah dirusak dan akses jalan menuju rumah ditutup. Janganlah hukum tajam kebawah tumpul keatas. Tolonglah pak Kapolda Sumut dan Kapolrestabes Medan tindak anggotanya yang tidak melayani masyarakat,” tegas Atan Gantar Gultom.
Adapun laporan pengaduan Parman Simanjuntak dengan nomor :LP/B/160/III/2025/SPKT/Polsek Patumbak/Polrestabes Medan/Polda Sumut tanggal 11 Maret 2025 dalam kasus tindak pidana pengeroyokan UU no 1 tahun 1946 tentang KUHPidana sebagaimana dalam pasal 170 KUHPidana dan atau pasal 351, yang terjadi di Pasar IV Desa Marendal II, Kec Patumbak dengan terlapor Rijal Manurung dan keluarganya.
”Saya dipukuli Rijal Manurung dan keluarganya tanpa alasan yang jelas, mengakibatkan 2 gigi atas saya goyang dan bibir atas luka mengeluarkan darah dan bengkak,” ujar Parman Simanjuntak dalam laporannya di SPKT Polsek Patumbak yang diterima Ka SPKT III/C Aiptu Iwan D Sinaga SH.
Parman juga mengaku peristiwa itu telah dilaporkan ke Camat Patumbak, dan Kepala Desa Marindal II.
Kemudian, Laporan polisi nomor: LP/B/1379/V/2024/SPKT/Polrestabes Medan/Polda Sumut tanggal 13 Mei 2024 atasnama pelapor Lastaida Maulina dalam kasus pengrusakan UU No 1 tahun 1946 tantang KUHPidana sebagaimana dimaksud dalam pasal 170 KUHPidana dan atau 406 KUHPidana. Yang mana, rumah korban yang sedang dalam pembangunan dirusak Rusmida br Sinaga Cs. Laporan pengaduan diterima PS Kanit III Polrestabes Medan Ipda Ahmad Junaidi.
Lastaida Maulina kembali membuat laporan pengaduan nomor:LP/B/207/II/2025/SPKT/Polda Sumut tanggal 17 Februari 2025, tindak pidana penganiayaan UU no 1 Tahun 1946 KUHPIdana sebagaimana dimaksud Pasal 351 ayat (1) dengan terlapor Duani br Sinaga alias Opung Mindo, Mega Naibaho cs.
Motifnya, para terlapor menutup akses jalan menuju rumah pelapor dengan menggunakan pecahan batu. Karena korban melarang justri dilempari hingga mengakibatkan jari tangan korban bengkak membiru. Namun kasus itu dilimpahkan Poldasu ke Polrestabes Medan ke unit PPA.
Laporan berikutnya nomor: LP/B/821/III/2025/SPKT/Polrestabes Medan/Poldasu tanggal 11 Maret 2025 atasnama pelapor Lastaida Maulina, dengan terlapor Adi Manurung dan Rista Manurung, dalam kasus dugaan tindak pidana kejahatan perlindungan anak UU no 35 tahun 2014 tentang perubahan UU nomor 23 tahun 2003 tentang perlindungan anak sesuai pasal 80 UU no 35/2014.
Akibat penganiayaan itu, anak pelapor bernama Dodanim Jericho Simanjuntak mengalami luka pada punggung kaki dan pergelangan kaki dan luka lebam pada pinggang dan merasa sakit pada leher.
LSM Pakar mendesak agar Polrestabes Medan segera bertindak tegas atas kasus ini dan menindak para pelaku sesuai hukum yang berlaku.
“Kapolrestabes Medan harus sigap menangani laporan ini. Kami percaya beliau adalah pemimpin yang tegas dan bijaksana. Kami juga mendoakan agar Kapolrestabes Medan selalu sehat dan semangat dalam menegakkan keadilan,” tambah Atan Gultom, menegaskan akan terus mengawal kasus ini hingga keadilan benar-benar ditegakkan dan keluarga korban mendapatkan haknya.***
