1.029 Istri Gugat Cerai Suami di Bojonegoro, Ada Faktor Ekonomi hingga Judi Online. (ist).

BOJONEGORO, INVOCAVIT. COM – Pengadilan Agama Bojonegoro mencatat 1.401 pasangan yang mengajukan cerai pada periode Januari-Juni 2024.

 

Panitera Pengadilan Agama Bojonegoro Solikin Jamik mengatakan, dari jumlah tersebut sebanyak 1.029 perkara merupakan cerai gugat atau diajukan istri. Sementara sisanya 372 gugatan merupakan cerai talak atau diajukan suami.

 

“Pemohon didominasi pihak istri,” ujarnya, Sabtu (6/7/2024).

 

Menurut Solikin, pasangan yang mengajukan perkara terus meningkat. Bahkan dalam sehari bisa digelar puluhan sidang cerai. Tak jarang petugas kewalahan menangani karena jumlahnya yang terbatas.

 

“Setiap hari antrean pengunjung membeludak, bahkan sampai di luar pagar depan kantor,” katanya.

 

Dia menjelaskan, ada sejumlah faktor yang melatarbelakangi pasangan memilih untuk berpisah. Mayoritas disebabkan masalah ekonomi atau kemiskinan serta tingkat pendidikan yang rendah.

 

“Ada juga yang disebabkan istri gugat cerai karena suami kecanduan judi online,” ucapnya.***
