Kajati Sumut perlihatkan uang Rp150 Miliar dari Kasus Dugaan Korupsi Penjualan Aset PTPN I saat konotensi pers, Rabu (22/10).(ist).
MEDAN, INVOCAVIT.COM: Kejaksaan Tinggi Sumatera Utara (Kejati Sumut) memperlihatkan uang sebagai barang bukti sebesar Rp150 miliar saat konprensi pers, terkait dugaan tindak pidana korupsi dalam penjualan aset PTPN I Regional 1 oleh PT Nusa Dua Propertindo (NDP) melalui kerja sama operasional (KSO) dengan PT Ciputra Land, Rabu (22/10).
Uang tersebut dikembalikan oleh PT Deli Megapolitan Kawasan Residensial (DMKR) sebagai bentuk kesadaran dalam upaya pemulihan kerugian keuangan negara.
Kajati Sumut, Harli Siregar, menjelaskan pengembalian dana ini menjadi langkah penting dalam menegakkan hukum sekaligus memulihkan hak negara. “Pengembalian kerugian keuangan negara ini merupakan bentuk kesadaran dalam rangka pemulihan keuangan negara itu sendiri,” ujarnya dalam konferensi pers di Medan, Rabu (22/10).
Mantan Kapuspen Kejagung RI itu menegaskan bahwa penegakan hukum tidak hanya bersifat represif, tetapi juga berorientasi pada keadilan dan pemulihan hak negara serta perlindungan konsumen yang beritikad baik.
Dalam perkara ini, penyidik telah menetapkan dan menahan tiga orang tersangka masing-masing berinisial AKS, ARL, dan IS. Proses penyidikan masih berlangsung intensif untuk menelusuri keterlibatan pihak-pihak lain dan menghitung secara pasti nilai kerugian negara yang ditimbulkan.
Kajati menambahkan, uang Rp150 miliar yang telah dikembalikan akan disita dan dititipkan ke rekening penampungan lainnya (RPL) di Bank Mandiri.
Harli juga mengimbau masyarakat, khususnya konsumen yang telah membeli properti dengan itikad baik, agar tetap tenang dan tidak terprovokasi oleh isu-isu yang menyesatkan.
