Jakarta, INVOCAVIT.COM : Kejaksaan Agung (Kejagung) menetapkan mantan Mendikbudristek, Nadiem Makarim, sebagai tersangka kasus dugaan korupsi pengadaan laptop Chromebook.
Kapuspenkum Kejagung Anang Supriatna dalam jumpa pers di gedung Kejaksaan Agung, Jakarta Selatan, Kamis (4/9/2025) mengakui telah menetapkan dan melakukan penahanan terhadap tersangka baru.
“Telah menetapkan tersangka baru dengan inisial NAM,” kata Anang Supriatna.
Sementara itu, Direktur Penyidikan (Dirdik) Jampidsus Kejagung Nurcahyo Jungkung Madyo mengatakan Nadiem ditetapkan sebagai tersangka setelah penyidik menemukan alat bukti. Tak hanya itu, penyidik juga telah memeriksa berbagai saksi, termasuk saksi ahli.
“Berdasarkan pemeriksaan dan alat bukti keterangan saksi ahli petunjuk dan surat serta barang bukti yang telah diterima atau diperoleh tim penyidik pada Jampidsus pada hari ini menetapkan satu tersangka dengan inisial NAM selaku Menteri Pendidikan Kebudayaan Riset dan Teknologi periode tahun 2019-2024,” jelasnya.
Sebagai informasi, sebelumnya Nadiem telah dua kali diperiksa dalam kasus tersebut. Nadiem diperiksa pertama kalinya pada Senin (23/6) lalu, yang berlangsung sekitar 12 jam. Kemudian, Nadiem kembali diperiksa pada Selasa (15/7) selama sekitar 9 jam.
Kemudian hari ini merupakan pemeriksaan ketiga Nadiem. Nadiem juga sudah dicegah ke luar negeri selama 6 bulan ke depan sejak 19 Juni 2025.
Kejagung sendiri sudah menetapkan empat tersangka dalam kasus dugaan korupsi pada Kemendikbudristek dalam program digitalisasi pendidikan periode tahun 2019-2022. Kasus ini diduga menyebabkan kerugian negara Rp 1,98 triliun.
Keempat orang tersangka adalah:
1. Direktur Sekolah Dasar Direktorat Jenderal Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini, Pendidikan Dasar dan Pendidikan Menengah tahun 2020-2021, Sri Wahyuningsih (SW);
2. Direktur SMP Kemendikbudristek 2020, Mulyatsyah (MUL);
3. Staf khusus Mendikbudristek Bidang Pemerintahan era Mendikbudristek Nadiem Makarim, Jurist Tan (JT/JS);
4. Konsultan Perorangan Rancangan Perbaikan Infrastruktur Teknologi Manajemen Sumber Daya Sekolah pada Kemendikbudristek, Ibrahim Arief(IBAM).(dtk)
