Invocavit.Com- Pemko Medan bersama dengan Polrestabes Medan, Kodim 0201/ Medan dan Denpom 1/5 Medan menggelar rapat pembahasan persiapan pengamanan Rapat Kerja Komisariat Wilayah I Asosiasi Pemerintahan Kota Seluruh Indonesia (Raker Komwil I Apeksi) Tahun 2022 yang diselenggarakan di Kota Medan yang juga dirangkaikan dengan Peringatan Hari Jadi Kota Medan Ke 432 Tahun, Senin (27/6).
Rapat yang digelar diruang Patriatama Polrestabes Medan ini di pimpin langsung oleh Kabag Ops Polrestabes Medan, AKBP Arman Muis,SIK. Hadir juga dalam rapat tersebut sejumlah pimpinan OPD di lingkungan Pemko Medan diantaranya Kepala Dinas Pariwisata Agus Suriyono, Kepala Dinas Kominfo Arrahmaan Pane, Kasat Pol PP Rakhmat Adisyah Putra Harahap, Kepala Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Zulfansyah Ali Saputra, Kepala Dinas Perhubungan Iswar, Kepala Dinas Kebudayaan OK Zulfi, dan Kepala Dinas Perindustrian Parlindungan Nasution serta perwakilan dari OPD lainya.
Kabag Ops Polrestabes Medan, AKBP Arman Muis mengatakan kegiatan ini merupakan rapat pertama kesiapan pengamanan. Dalam rapat ini diharapkan seluruh jajaran dapat saling bersinergi sehingga event ini dapat berjalan sukses dan tanpa mengganggu aktivitas masyarakat.
“Kita berharap kegiatan Apeksi dan HUT Kota Medan dapat berjalan sukses, begitupun kegiatan masyarakat juga tetap lancar,” kata Kabag Ops Polrestabes Medan.
Dalam rapat ini juga dipetakan tingkat situasi Kamtibnas yang akan terjadi pada saat berlangsungnya raker Komwil I Apeksi termasuk tingkat kerawanan serta jumlah personil pengamanan yang akan diturunkan.
Sementara itu Kepala Dinas Pariwisata Agus Suriyono memaparkan rangkaian kegiatan yang akan berlangsung dari tanggal 29 Juni – 2 Juli 2022 mendatang. Kegiatan raker Komwil I Apeksi akan dilakukan mulai dari penjemputan Kepala Daerah peserta Komwil I Apeksi dari Bandara Kuala Namu hingga ke Kota Medan, kemudian akan ada pameran Medan Expo dan berbagai kegiatan lainya. Artinya selain mengadakan rapat kerja para peserta Komwil I Apeksi juga akan melakukan sejumlah kegiatan di kota Medan.
“Untuk Pembukaan raker Komwil I Apeksi ini akan diadakan tanggal 30 Juni dan malamnya akan ada kegiatan ramah tamah dan jamuan makan malam di Kantor Wali Kota Medan,” kata Agus Suriyono.
Sementara untuk Hut Kota Medan ke 432 tahun, lanjut Agus Suriyono, akan diawali dengan ziarah ke Taman Makan Pahlawan, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan Rapat Paripurna DPRD Kota Medan dan ke esokan harinya tanggal 1 Juni akan diadakan Upacara HUT Kota Medan ke 432 tahun di Lap. Stadion Mini USU.
“Sementara untuk memeriahkan HUT Kota Medan ini akan diadakan juga pawai budaya yang dimulai dari Jalan A. Yani hingga ke Jalan Balai Kota dan Raden Saleh, hiburan rakyat serta di tanggal 2 Juni akan digelar senam kolaborasi untuk memecahkan rekor muri,” jelas Agus Suriyono.
Oleh sebab itu, tambah Agus Suriyono, diharapkan kolaborasi dari seluruh pihak agar acara tersebut berjalan sukses. (Rin)
