Polda Sumut Gerebek Home Industri Oli Palsu, Pemilik Buron

Kabid Humas Polda Sumut, Kombes Pol Hadi Wahyudi didampingi Direktur Reskrimsus, Kombes Pol Teddy Marbun perlihatkan barang bukti oli diduga palsu di TKP, Senin (28/8/2023).

 

 

INVOCAVIT.COM, MEDAN – Ruko yang dijadikan home industrui oli dan air radiator palsu digerebek penyidik Subdit I/Indag Direktorat (Dit) Reskrimsus Polda Sumut, Senin (28/8).

 

Adapun home industri oli dan air radiator palsu itu berada di kompleks pergudangan Cemara Cahaya Mas Desa Tanjung Selamat, Kecamatan Percut Seituan, Kabupaten Deliserdang.

 

 

Dari lokasi, petugas menyita 30 jenis barang bukti seperti puluhan drum berisi bahan baku oli, mesin produksi oli, mesin produksi tutup botol kemasan oli berbagai merek, mesin produksi stiker oli berbagai merek, ratusan tumpukan kardus kemasan oli berbagai merek, dan sejumlah barang bukti lain.

 

Kabid Humas Polda Sumut, Kombes Pol Hadi Wahyudi mengatakan, pengungkapan itu menindaklanjuti informasi masyarakat adanya gudang diduga menjadi tempat memproduksi oli, pengemasan ke dalam botol dan kardus, serta pengemasan air radiator bermerek tanpa izin.

 

 

Dari lokasi,  pihaknya mengamankan 4 tersangka berinisial N, AP, SW dan P. Keempat tersangka diduga bertindak sebagai teknisi yang melaksanakan proses atau mekanisme produksi oli, memasukkan oli ke dalam botol, memberi label stiker merek, mengemas ke dalam kardus hingga memperjualkan oli yang diproduksi tersebut.

 

“Untuk terduga pemilik praktik produksi oli dan tempat yang digunakan sebagai lokasi sudah diketahui identitasnya berinisial T. Saat ini masih dilakukan pengembangan penyidikan dan diimbau untuk segera menyerahkan diri,” imbaunya.

 

Ditegaskan, terhadap para pelaku dijerat dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 3 tahun 2004 tentang perindustrian, Undang-Undang Nomor 7 tahun 2014 tentang perdagangan, serta Undang-Undang Nomor 8 tahun 1999 tentang perlindungan konsumen.

 

“Pelanggaran tindak pidana dengan sengaja memproduksi, dan memasarkan oli yang tidak sesuai Standart Nasional Indonesia (SNI),” ujar Hadi didampingi Direktur Reskrimsus, Kombes Pol Teddy Marbun di lokasi gudang, Senin (28/8/2023).

 

Sementara itu, Dirreskrimsus Kombes Teddy Marbun mengaku pihaknya masih mendalami berapa lama praktik pemalsuan itu telah berlangsung, rata-rata jumlah produksi perhari dan total produksi selama ini, serta dugaan jaringan atau keterlibatan pihak lain dalam pemasaran hasil produksi oli tersebut.(jos).
