TANJUNGBALAI,INVOCAVIT.COM-Dalam upaya menciptakan situasi kamtibmas yang aman dan kondusif, Polres Tanjung Balai melalui Bhabinkamtibmas Polsek Tanjung Balai Utara Kelurahan TB Kota IV terus mengintensifkan kegiatan Cooling System. Melalui sambang atau Door to Door System (DDS), personel Bhabinkamtibmas aktif mengedukasi dan mengajak masyarakat untuk tidak ragu melaporkan segala bentuk tindakan premanisme.
Senin (9/6/2025), Bhabinkamtibmas Kelurahan TB Kota IV, Bripka Bambang Nasution, melaksanakan giat sambang ke warga Lingkungan III, Jalan Prof. H. M. Yamin, Kelurahan TB Kota IV, Kecamatan Tanjung Balai Utara, Kota Tanjung Balai. Dalam kunjungannya ke rumah warga, Bripka Bambang menyampaikan pesan kamtibmas secara humanis.
“Premanisme dalam bentuk apapun tidak boleh dibiarkan. Kami mengimbau warga agar tidak takut melapor apabila menjadi korban atau mengetahui adanya praktik premanisme di lingkungan sekitar,” ujar Kasi Humas Polres Tanjung Balai, Kompol Ahmad Dahlan Panjaitan, saat dikonfirmasi.
Lebih lanjut, Kompol Ahmad Dahlan Panjaitan menjelaskan bahwa pihak kepolisian membuka berbagai saluran pengaduan agar masyarakat lebih mudah melapor. “Warga bisa langsung menghubungi Call Center 110 tanpa pulsa, Dumas Presisi Polres Tanjung Balai di nomor 0821-6325-1197, Dumas Polsek Tanjung Balai Utara di 0821-6483-3142, atau ke Bhabinkamtibmas masing-masing wilayah,” terangnya.
Selain pesan terkait premanisme, dalam giat Cooling System tersebut, warga juga dihimbau untuk tetap menjaga kerukunan sosial tanpa membedakan status, ras, suku, maupun agama. Polisi juga mengingatkan masyarakat agar menjauhi narkoba, judi online, balap liar, dan berbagai bentuk kejahatan lain yang meresahkan.
“Kami juga mengingatkan warga untuk tidak mudah terpengaruh oleh berita hoaks atau iming-iming hadiah dari pihak-pihak yang tidak bertanggung jawab. Tetap waspada dan cerdas dalam menggunakan media sosial serta perangkat elektronik lainnya,” tambah Kompol Ahmad Dahlan Panjaitan.
Tak hanya itu, Bhabinkamtibmas juga mengingatkan pentingnya kedisiplinan berlalu lintas dan kewaspadaan saat meninggalkan rumah. Penggunaan helm saat berkendara serta memastikan rumah dalam keadaan aman merupakan bagian dari upaya preventif dalam menjaga keamanan pribadi dan lingkungan.
