Perusahaan Terbatas (PT) Bilah Platindo yang terletak Didesa Negeri Lama, Kecamatan Bilah Hilir, Kabupaten Labuhanbatu memutus hubungan kerja terhadap karyawannya Junus Simanjuntak yang telah bekerja selama 15 tahun di kebun tersebut.
Pemutusan itu, lantaran pihak perusahaan menganggap Junus Simanjuntak telah melanggar PKB Platindo.
“Jadi alasannya karena melanggar PKB perusahaan karena minum tuak, padahal minum pun diluar jam kerja, itulah alasannya hingga dipecat,” kata Iwan Syahputra Ritonga,SH selaku Kuasa Hukumnya, Rabu (11/9/2024) pada Wartawan.
Setelah adanya pemecatan, klein saya pun mengadukan nasibnya pada Dinas tenaga Kerja Labuhanbatu, setelah ditanggapi dan dimediasi pihak Disnaker, titik temu dalam mediasi itupun tidak ada.
“Klein saya sudah bekerja 15 tahun di PT itu, yang diminta Klein saya dan dianjurkan Disnaker juga tidak lah keterlaluan pada perusahaan, masih hal yang wajar sebesar Rp 37 Juta, tapi perusahaan malah sanggup membayar sebesar Rp.2.500.000, rasanya tidak adil dalam pembayaran hak Klein saya,” ungkap Iwan.
Sementara itu, Manager PT Bilah Platindo Rinto Butar-Butar dikonfirmasi melalui Watspanya, meski pesan keadaan terkirim belum juga membalas, begitu juga ditelpon juga tidak menjawab.(Abi)
