MEDAN, INVOCAVIT.COM – Kodam I BB dan Sultan Deli Tengku Mahmud Aria Lamatjiji Perkasa Alam Shah digugat Rp 4 Miliar oleh salah seorang warga Jl Bundar Komplek PJKA Pulo Brayan Bengkel Baru Medan Timur, di Pengadilan Negeri Medan.
Pasalnya, penggugat Marajaki Aji, 71 tahun, yang sudah 64 tahun menghuni rumah di Jl Bundar, secara berulang ulang disuruh agar mengosongkan rumah yang didiaminya bersama keluarganya. Pihak pihak yang datang ke rumahnya dan rumah warga Jl Bundar lainnya adalah oknum dari Kesultanan Deli dan Kodam I/ BB. Kepada warga diimingi uang kerohiman/ganti rugi yang berubah ubah, dari puluhan juta hingga Rp 200 juta dipotong 10 persen. Konon sebanyak tujuh penghuni sudah menerimanya.
Sedangkan penggugat belum mau menerima sebab jumlah itu dianggap kurang layak. Pihaknya sudah membayar PBB selama puluhan tahun, menggaji tukang kebun puluhan tahun, memangkas rumput setiap bulannya, merawat dan mengembangkan rumah tersebut agar aman dari pencuri yang banyak berkeliaran di kawasan Jl Bundar tersebut. Selain itu harga tanah puluhan tahun lalu dengan sekarang sudah jauh berbeda. “Kami sudah merawat tanah milik sultan, dan hendak digusur begitu saja,” ujar penggugat.
Penggugat menuntut ganti rugi atas biaya yang sudah dikeluarkannya untuk merawat rumah tersebut yang diperhitungkannya secara materil Rp 3 Miliar, dan kerugian Immateril atau Moril sebesar Rp 1 Miliar.
Sepengetahuan penggugat rumah dinas orang tuanya Alm Letkol Set Adjie tersebut milik PJKA sebab nama perumahan itu Komplek PJKA, namun belakangan beredar informasi bahwa Sultan Deli yang dibeking oknum pengusaha sudah memenangkan tanah tersebut hingga MA RI, dan warga Jl Bundar hendak digusur dari situ sebab issunya hendak dibangun perumahan mewah. Penggugat mengharapkan ganti untung yang layak.
