Timsus Polda Sumut Tembak 28 Tersangka Narkoba, Ratusan Kg Sabu dan Puluhan Ribu Ekstasi Disita

MEDAN, INVOCAVIT.COM – Polda Sumatera Utara mengambil tindakan tegas terhadap pelaku tindak pidana narkoba dalam periode dari bulan Juli 2024 hingga Minggu (20/10/2024).

Kapolda Sumut Irjen Whisnu Hermawan melalui  Kabid Humas Kombes Pol Hadi Wahyudi menyampaikan, berdasarkan data release Ditnarkoba, sebanyak 28 tersangka dari 14 kasus telah ditindak secara terukur dengan langkah tegas, termasuk penembakan pada bagian kaki.

“Berdasarkan data yang dikeluarkan, sebanyak 28 tersangka dari 14 kasus telah ditindak secara terukur dengan langkah tegas, karena melawan petugas, melarikan diri dan membahayakan keselamatan masyarakat,”ujar Kombes Hadi di Medan, Selasa (22/10/2024)

Kombes Hadi merinci hasil pengungkapan Direktorat Reserse Narkoba (Ditresnarkoba) Polda Sumatera Utara menangani sembilan kasus narkoba yang melibatkan 22 tersangka.

Dari operasi ini, aparat berhasil menyita barang bukti berupa 175.000 Kg sabu dan 39.000 butir pil ekstasi, menandai keberhasilan signifikan dalam memberantas peredaran narkoba di wilayah tersebut.

Selain itu, Polrestabes Medan juga turut berkontribusi dengan mengamankan seorang tersangka dalam satu kasus, menyita 2.000 gram sabu sebagai barang bukti.

Di wilayah Asahan, Polres Asahan berhasil menangkap dua tersangka dalam satu kasus, dengan barang bukti 25.000 gram sabu yang berhasil diamankan.

Polres Tebing Tinggi juga tidak ketinggalan dalam upaya ini.

“Mereka menangkap seorang tersangka dengan barang bukti berupa 10.000 gram sabu dan 28.000 butir pil ekstasi,”ujarnya.

Sementara itu, Polres Serdang Bedagai (Sergai) berhasil menangani satu kasus lainnya dengan menyita 7.075 gram sabu.

Di wilayah Padang Sidimpuan, Polres setempat berhasil mengamankan seorang tersangka dengan barang bukti berupa 27,47 gram sabu.

Secara keseluruhan, total barang bukti yang disita selama operasi ini mencapai 219.102,47 gram sabu dan 67.000 butir pil ekstasi, mencerminkan komitmen penuh Polda Sumatera Utara dalam memberantas peredaran narkoba.

Langkah tegas ini menunjukkan komitmen aparat penegak hukum dalam memberantas peredaran narkoba di wilayah Sumatera Utara.

Polda Sumatera Utara berhasil mengungkap sejumlah besar tindak pidana narkoba dalam periode Juli hingga 19 Oktober 2024, dengan rincian yang mengejutkan mengenai jumlah kasus, tersangka, serta barang bukti yang disita.

Dalam periode ini, aparat berhasil mengungkap 1.684 kasus narkoba, dengan menahan 2.099 tersangka yang terlibat.

Jumlah kasus dan tersangka yang begitu besar menggambarkan upaya tanpa henti dan keberhasilan aparat dalam memerangi peredaran narkoba, menciptakan dampak signifikan bagi pemberantasan narkoba di wilayah ini.

Pada bulan Juli 2024, Polda Sumut berhasil mengungkap 497 kasus dengan 616 tersangka, menyita barang bukti berupa 24,15 kilogram sabu, 146,07 kilogram ganja, dan 39.369 butir pil ekstasi.

Pada bulan Agustus 2024, terjadi peningkatan kasus menjadi 498 kasus dengan 617 tersangka, disertai penyitaan barang bukti terbesar yaitu 125,77 kilogram sabu dan 209,18 kilogram ganja.

Memasuki bulan September 2024, tercatat 454 kasus dengan 566 tersangka, dengan barang bukti berupa 128,08 kilogram sabu, 27,34 kilogram ganja, serta 40.276 butir pil ekstasi.

Selain itu, terdapat penyitaan kokain sebanyak 1,56 kilogram pada bulan ini.

Hingga 19 Oktober 2024, Polda Sumut telah menangani  235 kasus dengan 300 tersangka, dan menyita barang bukti berupa  271,63 kilogram sabu serta 3,64 kilogram ganja.

“Operasi tersebut menghasilkan penyitaan narkoba dalam jumlah besar, termasuk 549,61 kilogram sabu, 386,22 Kilogram ganja, dan 1,56 kilogram kokain,”tegas Mantan Wadir lantas Polda Kalteng ini.

Selain itu, aparat juga mengamankan 133.700 butir pil ekstasi.

Memurutnya, penyitaan dalam skala ini menandakan keberhasilan besar dalam memerangi peredaran narkoba, sekaligus menjadi langkah signifikan dalam menjaga keamanan masyarakat.

“Keberhasilan ini menunjukkan dedikasi aparat kepolisian dalam memberantas peredaran narkoba di Sumatera Utara dan menyelamatkan masyarakat dari dampak buruk narkotika,”terangnya.***
