5 Kali Terlibat Pencurian, Polsek Patumbak Tembak Residivis Curanmor

Residivis yang sudah 5 kali mencuri, terduduk dengan kaki diperban setelah ditembus pelor.(ist).

 

MEDAN, INVOCAVIT.COM – Residivis yang sudah 5 kali melakukan pencurian di wilayah hukum Polsek Patumbak, terpaksa dilumpuhkan dengan timah panas dibagian kakinya karena memukul seorang polisi saat akan ditangkap.

 

Tersangka, inisial W.P (30), warga Jalan SM Raja, Gang Martoba I, Kelurahan Timbang Deli, Kecamatan Medan Amplas. Sebagai barang bukti, disita kunci T, jam tangan, Jaket Hoody warna hitam, uang sisa penjualan sepeda motor Rp.125.000.

 

Kapolsek Patumbak Kompol Faidir Chan SH.MH dalam konprensi pers didampingi Kanit Reskrim Iptu M.Y Dabutar SH,MH mengatakan, penangkapan residivis tersebut menindaklanjuti laporan pengaduan seoran ibu rumah tangga, yang mana korban mengaku rumahnya di Jalan Seser Link, III Villa Mulia Sejahtera, Kelurahan Amplas. Kecamatan Medan Amplas pada Jumat (28/02/2025) dinihari lalu, sekitar pukul 04.15 wib,  di santroni maling dan korban kehilangan satu unit sepeda motor yang di parkir di dalam rumahnya.

 

Selanjutnya Team URC Polsek Patumbak melakukan penyelidikan dan dari hasil penyelidikan yang di lakukan diketahui keberadaan pelaku sedang bersembunyi di rumah temannya yang berada di daerah Keramat Kuda Jermal.

 

Selanjutnya pada Sabtu (07/03/2025) dinihari, sekitar pukul 02.00 wib Team URC Unit Reskrim Polsek Patumbak melanjutkan penyelidikan guna memastikan posisi pelaku berada.

 

Pada saat pelaku hendak di amankan melakukan perlawanan dengan cara memukul salah satu petugas Team URC, selanjutnya pelaku berusaha melarikan diri.

 

Takut buruan kabur, dengan terpaksa, petugas melakukan tindakan tegas dan terukur dengan melesatkan sebutir peluru di kaki kanannya.

 

Selanjutnya pelaku di amankan dan diboyong ke Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Polda Sumut guna mendapat perawatan atas luka tembak yang di amalaminya.

 

”Untuk saat ini pelaku masih dalam proses penyidikan. Pelaku adalah seorang residivis dan telah melakukan pencurian sepeda motor di wilayah hukum Polsek Patumbak sebanyak 5 kali,”jelas Kompol Faidir SH,MH.

 

“Pelaku kita jerat dengan pasal pencurian dengan pemberatan sesuai dengan pasal 363 ayat 1 ke 3e KUHPidana dengan ancaman hukuman 7 tahun penjara, pungkasnya. ***
