Bareskrim Periksa 22 Saksi Dugaan Korupsi Pesawat Jet Pribadi Hendra Kurniawan

INVOCAVIT.COM, JAKARTA- Penyidik Direktorat Tindak Pidana Korupsi (Ditipikor) Bareskrim Polri telah memeriksa 22 saksi terkait kasus dugaan korupsi penggunaan jet pribadi Brigjen Hendra Kurniawan.

 

“Jumlah saksi yang dimintai keterangan sebanyak 22 orang,” kata Kabagpenum Divisi Humas Polri Kombes, Nurul Azizah, kepada awak media, Jakarta, Selasa (11/10).

 

Nurul menuturkan, 22 saksi yang telah diperiksa tersebut terdiri dari delapan anggota Polri dan 14 orang dari pihak Aviasi.

 

Rinciannya, delapan anggota Polri yang diperiksa yakni, HK, AN, SUS, RS, FRP, SMH, PEG, dan MM. Sedangkan, 14 orang lainnya, DB, ASH, DR, OJ, GB, TA, ARB, AR, IN, BK, JA, AK, SN, dan AH.

 

“Barang bukti yang menjadi objek penyelidikan adalah 15 lembar atau eksemplar dokumen terkait penggunaan pesawat Jet T7/JAB,” ujar Nurul.

 

Dalam kasus ini, Bareskrim melakukan penyelidikan berdasarkan LI/27/IX/2022/Tipidkor, tanggal 22 September 2022, soal dugaan tindak pidana korupsi berupa pemberian dan penerimaan hadiah atau janji kepada Pegawai Negeri atau Penyelenggara Negara atas Penggunaan Pesawat Jet T7/JAB dari Jakarta ke Jambi dan dari Jambi ke Jakarta yang dilakukan pada tanggal 11 Juli 2022.

 

Pada proses penyelidikan ini, Bareskrim sendiri menyematkan Pasal 5 Ayat (1) huruf a atau huruf b dan Pasal 5 Ayat (2), Pasal 11 dan Pasal 13 atau Pasal 12 huruf a dan huruf b Undang-undang Nomor 31 Tahun 1999 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi sebagaimana telah diubah dengan Undang-undang Nomor 20 tahun.

 

“Rencana tindak lanjut adalah melakukan pendalaman dengan meminta keterangan para pihak yang terlibat serta mengumpulkan dokumen tambahan,” tutup Nurul. ***
