INVOCACIT.COM, JAKARTA- Pimpinan Sidang Komisi Kode Etik Polri (KKEP) menjatuhkan sanksi Pemberhentian Tidak Dengan Hormat (PTDH) atau memecat Brigjen Pol. Hendra Kurniawan, mantan Kepala Biro Pengamanan Internal (Karopaminal) Divpropam Polri dari dinas kepolisian.
“Di PTDH diberhentikan dengan tidak hormat dalam dinas kepolisian,” kata Kepala Divisi Humas Polri Irjen Pol. Dedi Prasetyo di Mabes Polri, Jakarta, Senin.
Dedi menjelaskan, keputusan sanksi pemecatan itu dijatuhkan pimpinan komisi sidang KKEP secara kolektif kolegial. Sidang dipimpin oleh Wakil Inspektorat Umum (Wairwasum) Irjen Pol. Tornagogo Sihombing.
Sidang etik juga memutuskan Brigjen Pol. Hendra Kurniawan bersalah, sebagai perbuatan tercela sehingga dijatuhi sanksi etik. Ia dijatuhi sanksi penempatan khusus selama 29 hari.
“Jadi sanksi patsus itu sudah dijalankan oleh yang bersangkutan,” kata Dedi.
Sidang Etik Brigjen Pol. Hendra Kurniawan dilangsungkan pukul 08.00 WIB sampai dengan pukul 17.15 WIB di Ruang Sidang Divisi Propam Polri, Gedung TNCC, Mabes Polri. Sidang tersebut menghadirkan 17 orang saksi.
Dedi enggan mengungkapkan apakah Brigjen Pol. Hendra Kurniawan mengajukan banding atas putusan etik tersebut atau tidak.
Brigjen Pol. Hendra Kurniawan telah berstatus terdakwa dalam perkara dugaan menghalangi penyidikan pembunuhan Brigadir J atau “obstruction of justice” dan sudah menjalani sidang pidana di Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Selatan.
Selain itu, mantan anak buah Ferdy Sambo itu terseret dugaan tindak pidana korupsi atas penggunaan pesawat pribadi untuk mengunjungi orang tua Brigadir J di Jambi.
Selain Brigjen Pol. Hendra Kurniawan, terdapat dua terdakwa “obstruction of justice” yang belum menjalani sidang etik, yakni AKBP Arif Rahman Arifin dan AKP Irfan Widyanto.(ant).
