 Saifuddin Zuhri Marpaung alias Ucok Ibon (51), warga Jalan Karya Lingkungan II, Kelurahan Selawan, Kecamatan Kota Kisaran Timur, Kabupaten Asahan-Sumut dituntut pidana penjara selama 4,5 tahun oleh Jaksa Penuntut Umum (JPU) Cristin dalam sidang di Pengadilan Negeri Tanjungbalai. Kamis (10/4/2025). Terdakwa Ucok Ibon dinilai terbukti menggunakan surat palsu dalam mengklaim tanah milik korban johan seluas 87 hektare di Kecamatan Sei Kepayang, Kabupaten Asahan, sebagaimana diatur dalam Pasal 263 KUHPidana.
Ucok Ibon  menggunakan Surat ganti rugi tahun 2014 dari A. Majid Sitorus sebagai dasar klaim kepemilikan. Namun, surat tersebut telah dinyatakan palsu berdasarkan putusan Mahkamah Agung Nomor 1017 K/PID/2017, dan A. Majid telah divonis dan menjalani hukuman 2 tahun penjara.
Kuasa hukum korban Johan, Pengacara Kondang Dr. Darmawan Yusuf, S.H., S.E., M.Pd., M.H., dari Law Firm DYA – Darmawan Yusuf & Associates, menegaskan,, bahwa perkara ini bukan sekadar sengketa tanah, melainkan bentuk kejahatan pertanahan yang serius dan terstruktur.
“Terdakwa menggunakan surat yang sudah dinyatakan palsu oleh Mahkamah Agung. Ia juga diduga memalsukan stempel dan tanda tangan camat. Ini jelas kejahatan berat. Kami sangat mengapresiasi tuntutan JPU yang tegas dan berkeadilan,” ujar Dr. Darmawan usai persidangan, Kamis (10/4).
“Proses hukum ini adalah bukti nyata bahwa negara hadir untuk melindungi hak-hak masyarakat atas tanah yang sah dimiliki. Kami harap majelis hakim menjatuhkan vonis maksimal agar ada efek jera bagi pelaku kejahatan serupa,” tambah Dr. Darmawan.
Sidang akan dilaksanakan Minggu depan dengan agenda pembacaan vonis.***
