MEDAN, INVOCAVIT.COM – Dedi Noviyana (29) dan Tanajudin (28), dua kurir narkoba jenis sabu-sabu seberat 53 kg dan 10 ribu butit pil happy five divonis penjara seumur hidup oleh Majelis Hakim Pengadilan Negeri (PN) Medan.
Dua warga Kota Tangerang, Banten, itu dinyatakan terbukti bersalah melakukan tindak pidana narkotika sebagaimana dakwaan primer, yaitu Pasal 114 ayat (2) Jo. Pasal 132 Undang-Undang (UU) No. 35 Tahun 2009 tentang Narkotika.
“Menjatuhkan pidana kepada terdakwa Dedi Noviyana dan Tanajudin oleh karena itu dengan pidana penjara seumur hidup,” tegas Ketua Majelis Hakim, Lucas Sahabat Duha, di Ruang Sidang Cakra 4 PN Medan, Kamis (29/8/24).
Hakim menilai hal-hal yang memberatkan, perbuatan para terdakwa bertentangan dengan program pemerintah dalam memberantas peredaran narkoba dan barang bukti (barbuk) tersebut dalam jumlah besar.
“Sedangkan, hal-hal yang meringankan tidak ada,” sebut Lucas.
Setelah membacakan putusan, Hakim pun menanyakan terkait bagaimana sikap para terdakwa dan Jaksa Penuntut Umum (JPU) atas vonis tersebut.
Mendengar pertanyaan itu, para terdakwa dan JPU pun kompak menyatakan pikir-pikir apakah akan mengajukan upaya hukum banding atau tidak.
Diketahui, putusan tersebut lebih ringan daripada tuntutan JPU yang menuntut para terdakwa dengan pidana mati. Jaksa pun menilai perbuatan para terdakwa telah memenuhi unsur melakukan tindak pidana narkoba sebagaimana dakwaan primer.
Dalam dakwaan dijelaskan bahwa perkara ini bermula pada Kamis (25/1/24) lalu. Saat itu, Dedi dihubungi Toman DPO untuk mengantarkan narkoba ke Kota Pekanbaru. Kemudian pada Senin (29/1/24), Dedi mengajak Tanajudin berangkat ke Pekanbaru.
Setibanya di lokasi, Dedi dan Tanajudin menyewa kamar kos-kosan. Kemudian, Toman menghubungi Dedi dengan mengirimkan nomor handphone (hp) seorang pria yang akan mengantarkan narkoba.

Kemudian, Dedi pergi ke lokasi untuk mengambil barang haram tersebut dengan menaiki kendaraan umum. Sementara itu, Tanajudin menunggu di kamar kos-kosan.
Ketika sampai di lokasi yang dituju, Dedi melihat 1 unit mobil Daihatsu Xenia yang terparkir dengan kunci tergantung dan Dedi pun langsung mengecek bagasi mobil tersebut. Saat dicek, Dedi melihat 4 goni yang berisikan sabu dan pil happy five.
Selanjutnya, Dedi membawa mobil itu menuju kos-kosan. Namun di pertengahan jalan, mobil yang dikendarai Dedi diberhentikan oleh petugas Satres Narkoba Polrestabes Medan.
Saat dilakukan pemeriksaan, petugas mendapati 4 goni yang berisikan sabu dan pil happy five. Saat diinterogasi, Dedi mengaku barang bukti itu milik Toman.
Dia mengaku hanya diberikan tugas untuk mengambil, mengecek, dan mengantar sabu dan pil happy five tersebut. Setelah itu, petugas bersama Dedi pun pergi menuju kos-kosan untuk menangkap Tanajudin.
Setelah berhasil mengamankan keduanya, petugas pun membawa Dedi dan Tanajudin beserta barbuk 53 kg sabu-sabu dan 10 ribu butir pil happy five itu dibawa ke Polrestabes Medan untuk diproses lebih lanjut. (mp)
