Medan, INVOCAVIT.COM: Tim  Penyidik Pidana Khusus( Pidsus) Kejaksaan Tinggi Sumatera Utara ( Kajatisu) menggeledah kantor PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Pelindo) Persero Belawan tepatnya di gedung Grha Pelindo Satu Jalan Lingkar Pelabuhan No.1, Belawan II, Medan terkait dugaan pengadaan dua kapal, Senin (11/8/2025)
Kepala Kejaksaan Tinggi Sumatera Utra Dr.Harli Siregar,SH.,M.Hum melalui Pelaksan Harian Kasi Penerangan Hukum M.Husairi,SH.,MH mengatakan penggeledahan sudah sesuai  pasal 32 KUHAP yang dilakukan setelah beberapa waktu lalu tim telah melakukan serangkaian proses penyidikan secara intensif dan sudah dilakukan permintaan keterangan kepada beberapa pihak terkait dari PT.Pelindo maupun PT.Dok Dan Perkapalan Surabaya maupun pihak lain dan didapat indikasi adanya penyimpangan dalam pembayaran hasil pekerjaan yang dilakukan tidak sesuai aturan sehingga diduga hingga saat ini 2 unit kapal tersebut belum dapat difungsikan sebagaimana mestinya.
Berdasarkan Surat Perintah Penyidikan Kepala Kejaksaan Tinggi Sumatera Utara Nomor : Print-07/L.2/Fd.2/07/2025, tanggal 21 Juli 2025 serta surat ketetapan dan ijin penggeledahan dari Pengadilan Negeri Medan, penggeledahan oleh tim penyidik yang dikomandoi Asisten Tindak Pidana Khusus Mochamad Jefry itu bertujuan untuk mencari alat bukti pendukung terkait dugaan Tindak Pidana Korupsi Pengadaan 2 Unit Kapal Tunda Kapasitas 2×1.800 HP untuk Cabang Dumai antara PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia I (Persero) dengan PT. Dok Dan Perkapalan Surabaya (Persero) Tahun 2019 dengan nilai Kontrak senilai Rp.135.811.032.026.-
Saat tiba di Gedung utama Grha Pelindo Satu Belawan, Tim Jaksa dan personil yang diback up petugas pengamanan, langsung memasuki beberapa ruangan di lantai 8 hingga diruang kerja pada lantai dasar atau basement gedung.
Ditambahkan Husairi,  penggeledahan dilakukan tidak hanya di PT.Pelindo Belawan melainkan pada hari ini juga dilakukan kegiatan secara serentak oleh penyidik Kejati Sumut di Surabaya yaitu pada PT.Dok dan Perkapalan Surabaya, diduga beberapa dokumen surat perencanaan hingga pembayaran maupun dokumen elektronik berupa file sofcopy terkait pengadaan 2 unit Kapal tersebut masih tersimpan di dua lokasi dimaksud
Diketahui,  pada proses penyidikan ini telah dilakukan pemeriksaan 20 orang saksi baik dari pihak PT.Pelindo (Persero), Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia (BKI) selaku Konsultan Perencana dan Konsultan Pengawas dan dari Pihak PT. Dok dan Perkapalan Surabaya (DPS) selaku Penyedia Barang/ Jasa dan telah berkoordinasi dengan pihak PT.ITS Tekno Sains Surabaya dalam rangka audit dan perhitungan fisik pembangunan 2 unit Kapal Tunda serta terkair kerugian keuangan saat ini sedang dilakukan proses perhitungan secara resmi oleh BPKP perwakilan Sumatera Utara, sehingga dalam waktu yang tidak terlalu lama dapat ditentukan perihal siapa orang atau pihak yang paling bertanggungjawab pada dugaan rasuah ini.(mp).
