MEDAN, INVOCAVIT.COM – Ombudsman RI Perwakilan Provinsi Sumatera Utara melakukan kunjungan silaturahmi ke Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Sumatera Utara (UNUSU) dan sekaligus membahas potensi kerjasama Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi dalam rangka Peningkatan Kualitas Pelayanan Publik di wilayah Provinsi Sumatera Utara, pada Senin (10/3/2025).
Kunjungan tersebut diterima oleh Dr. Ibnu Affan, S.H. M.Hum selaku Rektor Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Sumatera Utara (UNUSU) beserta jajaran.
Dalam pertemuan itu, Kepala Perwakilan (Kaper) Ombudsman RI Provinsi Sumatera Utara, Herdensi, menyampaikan bahwa dalam mengoptimalkan tugas dan fungsinya, Ombudsman RI memerlukan dukungan dari berbagai pihak.
“Ombudsman tidak bisa bekerja sendiri mengingat tingginya laporan pengaduan yang masuk ke Ombudsman sehingga diperlukan kolaborasi dengan Perguruan Tinggi, termasuk Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Sumatera Utara.” ujarnya.
Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Sumatera Utara (UNUSU) menyambut baik kunjungan Ombudsman, dengan harapan UNUSU dapat memberikan sumbangsih dalam Peningkatan Kualitas Pelayanan Publik. Selain itu, Perwakilan Ombudsman RI Provinsi Sumatera Utara juga diharapkan bisa memberikan pemahaman mengenai tugas dan kewenangan Ombudsman kepada mahasiswa/i.
