Whisnu mengatakan saat ini 3 personel berpangkat Bripda sudah ditahan, dipidana dan disanksi kode etik.
“Saya sudah tegas, anggota yang nabrak sudah ditahan, akan diberi sanksi pidana dan menjalani sidang kode etik,” kata Kapolda usai menjenguk korban di RS Columbia Asia, Medan, Jumat (31/10/2025) pagi.
Hingga kini, 5 hari di RS Colombia Medan, Elida Delviana Yamin belum sadarkan diri.

Diwawancarai wartawan usai menjenguk Elida Delviana Tamin, Kapolda Sumut mengaku sangat prihatin melihat kondisi korban, bahkan Kapolda tampak menahan air mata.
Sesekali ia terbata-bata karena membendung kesedihan. Terlihat juga raut wajah istrinya sedih.
Wanita itu masih terbaring, dengan kondisi wajah dibalut perban dan mengenakan selang oksigen.
Ia berharap korban segera sadarkan diri dan pulih.
“Hari ini saya mengunjungi korban kecelakaan lalu lintas. Saya prihatin. Mudah-mudahan sehat. Saya prihatin sekali,”kata Irjen Whisnu Hermawan Februanto, Jumat (31/10/2025).
Sebelumnya, 3 personel Polda Sumut dari Satuan Samapta menabrak seorang wanita pejalan kaki bernama Elida Delviani Tamin di depan tempat hiburan malam Holliwing Golden Tiger Jl.Merak Jingga Medan pada Minggu (26/10/2025) dinihari kemarin.
Informasi yang dihimpun menyebutkan, keempat oknum anggota Polda Sumut tersebut masing-masing Bripda VPA (pengemudi), dan Bripda MN bertugas di Dit Samapta Polda Sumut.
Dua lagi yakni Bripda ST dan Bripda BI dari satuan Dit Res Narkoba Polda Sumut.
Para polisi itu barusan saja keluar dari tempat hiburan malam Holliwing Golden Tiger dalam keadaan sempoyongan diduga usai konsumsi narkoba dan mabuk menenggak minuman keras di tempat hiburan malam tersebut.
Sementara itu, Kabid Humas Polda Sumut Kombes Ferry Walintukan mengungkap kronologis peristiwa tersebut.
Awalnya, mobil yang dikendarai personel melaju dari arah Jalan Putri Merak Jingga menuju ke Jalan Perintis Kemerdekaan.
Tepat di depan Hollywings Golden Tiger korban melintas berjalan kaki hingga akhirnya tertabrak.
Setelah menabrak Elida Delviani Tamin, mobil jenis Honda Brio itu juga menabrak trotoar jalan.
