Medan, Invocavit.Com-Kejaksaan Tinggi Sumatera (Kejati Sumut), Rabu (20/7/2022) menahan 2 tersangka dugaan korupsi Pekerjaan Pembangunan Jembatan Sicanang, Kecamatan Medan Belawan dengan biaya sebesar Rp13,6 miliar Tahun Anggaran 2018 yang bersumber dari APBD Kota Medan.
Kepala Kejaksaan Tinggi Sumatera Utara Idianto, SH,MH melalui Kasi Penkum Yos A Tarigan menyampaikan bahwa dua tersangka yang ditahan adalah M (selaku Pejabat Pembuat Komitmen (PPK) dan Kuasa Pengguna Anggaran (KPA), kemudian tersangka RRES (selaku Direktur PT Jaya Sukses Prima).
Tim Pidsus Kejati Sumut menemukan peristiwa pidana dimana PT Jaya Sukses Prima tidak selesai melaksanakan pekerjaan, terhadap pekerjaan tersebut dilakukan pemutusan kontrak. Dalam pekerjaan tersebut diduga bertentangan dengan Perpres RI No.54 Tahun 2010 sebagaimana telah diubah dengan Perpres No. 35 Tahun 2011 dan Perpres No.70 Tahun 2012 tentang Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Pemerintah.
“Akibat perbuatan tersangka M dan RRES, berdasarkan perhitungan tim ahli diperoleh kerugian keuangan negara kurang lebih Rp3 M. Kedua tersangka diduga melanggar Pasal 2 ayat (1), Pasal 3, Jo Pasal 18 UU RI No.31 Tahun 1999 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi sebagaimana telah diubah dengan UU RI No. 20 tahun 2001 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi Jo Pasal 55 ayat (1) ke-1 KUHP,” papar Yos.
Kemudian, setelah pemeriksaan oleh Tim Pidsus Kejati Sumut dilakukan penahanan terhadap M ke Rutan Tanjung Gusta dan RRES ke Lapas Wanita Tanjung Gusta Medan. Selama proses pemeriksaan dan proses penahanan tetap menjalankan protokol kesehatan.
“Penahanan dilakukan selama 20 hari ke depan terhitung mulai Rabu (20/7/2022) sampai dengan Senin (8/8/2022),” tandasnya.(pung)
