MEDAN, INVOCAVIT.COM – Lagi, tim Pidana Khusus( Pidsus) Kejaksaan Tinggi Sumut( Kejatisu) menahan tersangka Direktur CV Bangun Restu Bersama inisial JC terkait dugaan korupsi Pengadaan Jasa Kontruksi Pekerjaan Pengembangan Railink Stasion Bandara Internasional Kualanamu PT Angkasa Pura II Kantor Cabang Bandara Kualanamu Tahun Anggaran 2019.
Dengan penambahan tersangka baru itu, hingga kini Tim Pidsus Kejatisu sudah menahan 10 orang tersangka.
“Setelah dilakukan pemeriksaan kesehatan, tersangka JC ditahan 20 hari terhitung 09 Oktober 2024 sampai dengan 28 Oktober 2024 di Rumah Tahanan Negara Klas I Tanjung Gusta, Medan,” ujar Kasi Penduk Kejatisu Adre W Ginting SH.MH, Rabu (9/10).
Menurut Kasi Penkum Adre W Ginting, SH,MH dugaan korupsi terhadap 1 tersangka baru ini karena proses pengerjaannya tidak sesuai dengan spesifikasi dan ternyata PT. Angkasapura Propertindo mensubkontrakkan beberapa item pekerjaan kepada pihak lain yaitu JC selaku Direktur CV. Bangun Restu Bersama.
Dijelaskannya, alasan dilakukan penahanan, tim penyidik sudah menemukan 2 alat bukti yang cukup, para tersangka dikhawatirkan menghilangkan barang bukti dan atau mengulangi perbuatannya melakukan tindak pidana korupsi.
Akibat perbuatan tersangka, ditemukan perbuatan melawan hukum dalam Pengadaan Jasa Kontruksi Pekerjaan Pengembangan Railink Stasion Bandara Internasional Kualanamu PT Angkasa Pura II (persero) Kantor Cabang Bandara Kualanamu Tahun Anggaran 2019 dengan nilai kontrak sebesar Rp 39.250.000.000.
Akibat perbuatan melawan hukum ini, tersangka JC mengakibatkan kerugian keuangan negara sebesar Rp.5.773.757.190 berdasarkan Laporan Akuntan Independen.
Terhadap tersangka dikenakan Pasal 2 ayat (1) Sub Pasal 3 Jo Pasal 18 Undang-Undang Nomor 31 Tahun 1999 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi sebagaimana telah diubah dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 20 Tahun 2001 tentang Perubahan atas Undang-Undang Nomor 31 Tahun 1999 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi Jo Pasal 55 ayat (1) ke-1 KUHPidana.(tat)
