Polsek Aek Natas, Polres Labuhanbatu menciduk pelaku pencurian dengan kekerasan yang korbannya Almansyah (22) Warga Dusun Pulo Hopur, Desa Silumajang,Kecamatan NA IX-X, Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Utara.Pelaku MO Alias Jon Dkk (55), Warga Dusun III, Desa Simpang Empat, Kecamatan Marbau, Kabupaten Labura.
Kata Kapolres Labuhanbatu AKBP Dr Bernhard L. Malau, SIK, MH melalui Kasi Humas AKP P. Napitupulu, SH mengatakan peristiwa kejadian itu pada 16 Juni 2024 korban bersama adiknya FR menaiki sepeda motor melintas di perkebunan kelapa sawit PT. Smart Padang Halaban Kec. Aek Kuo Kab. Labura,Setibanya di tugu perbatasan Kecamatan Marbau dan Kecamatan Aek Kuo tepatnya di persimpangan empat perkebunan PT. Smart Padang Halaban, korban bersama adiknya dihentikan paksa oleh 4 orang laki-laki yang tidak di kenal.
“Saat itu para pelaku mencegat lantas mematikan sepeda motor korban dengan mengambil kunci sepeda motor, kemudian merampas handphone korban Almansyah dan mengambil tas adiknya yang berisikan handphone dan uang tunai sebesar Rp. 60.000,” kata Porlando,Rabu (19/6/2024).
Katanya,setelah para pelaku mengambil barang barang korban,lalu ke empat pelaku tersebut menyuruh korban masuk ke dalam areal perkebunan PT. Smart Padang halaban, sambil berkata “sini kalian, jangan di jalan, nanti nampak orang.
“Saat itu ada masyarakat tidak dikenal melintas sehingga korbanpun menyetopnya untuk meminta pertolongan dengan berkata “bang tolong bang, ada begal” akan tetapi masyarakat tersebut malah takut dan pergi meninggalkan lokasi,” cetus Porlando.
Selanjutnya,korban dibawa kedalam areal perkebunan kelapa sawit langsung ditodongkan parang oleh pelaku yang berperawakan kurus sambil berkata “kau bilang tadi pas ada orang lewat kami begal kan, lalu korban menjawab, ampun bang, ampun bang” bersamaan itu pelaku berperawakan sedang pendek memakai topi warna hitam dan pakai masker kain bercorak loreng tersebut pun emosi dan bersama pelaku lainnya menganiaya korban dan setelah berhasil membawa handphone korban para pelaku pun langsung pergi meninggalkan lokasi.
“Akibat kejadian tersebut korban mengalami rasa sakit di bagian kepalanya dan kerugian sekitar Rp. 4.000.000, selanjutnya membuat laporan pengaduan ke Polsek Aek Natas,” papar Porlando.
Setelah dilakukan penyelidikan diketahui salah satu dari ke 4 pelaku bernama MO Alias Jon diamankan, ditemukan barang bukti 1 unit Honda Supra fit x warna hitam, 1 buah topi warna hitam dan 1 buah masker kain bercorak loreng yang digunakan pelaku saat melakukan pencurian dengan kekerasan.
“Untuk proses hukum selanjutnya pelaku dan Barang bukti dibawa ke Polsek Aek Natas.Terhadap 3 orang teman tersangka masih dilakukan pencarian namun belum berhasil.(Abi)
