“Rp 11.500 itu harga minimal, kalau nanti lelangnya Rp 12.000, ya harus dibeli Rp 12.000. Kenapa demikian, karena produksi itu pasti ikut kalau kesejahteraan petani baik,” tegas Arief pada saat meninjau Pabrik Gula Krebet Baru yang dikelola PT PG Rajawali1 member of ID FOOD, Sabtu (28/5).
“Dan ditingkat hilirnya, kita juga jaga harga ditingkat konsumen, yakni di harga Rp 13.500,” katanya lagi.
Menurut dia, pabrik-pabrik gula yang dikelola BUMN seperti ID FOOD, PTPN maupun private sector dapat menjaga keseimbangan. Selain harga ditingkat hulu di petani, juga harga di hilir tingkat konsumen.
“Pabrik Gula Krebet ini bisa dijadikan contoh untuk PG di indonesia, karena kemitraan dengan petaninya sudah terjalin lebih dari 50 tahun. Keistimewaan PG ini terbesar, masih dimiliki BUMN 100 persen yang dikelola Holding Pangan ID FOOD dan bekerja sama dengan petani di sekitar pabrik sampai ke beberapa kabupaten lain di Jatim,” ungkapnya.
“Hulu hilir harus seimbang. Jadi jangan di hulunya saja dijaga agar inflasinya bagus, tapi hilirnya tidak diperhatikan. Di hulu, harga telur misalnya, harga beras dan padi, ayam, terutama produk-produk yang bisa diproduksi dalam negeri dan tidak impor,” tegas dia.
Pedagang Diminta Tidak Beli Murah dari Petani
Selain itu, dia juga menghimbau pedagang yang terlibat dalam komoditas, khususnya gula agar tidak seenaknya beli murah terus menerus.
“Kalau pemerintah menyampaikan harganya Rp 11,500, harga lelang di bawah itu ya dibatalkan. Supaya tingkat kesejahteraan petani juga meningkat, kemudian tebunya di pabrik gula itu sustain, masuk terus,” pintanya.
Sementara Direktur Utama Holding Pangan ID FOOD Frans Marganda Tambunan menambahkan, saat ini Pabrik gula yang dikelola ID FOOD Group mulai musim giling 2022.
“Target produksi gula dari musim giling tahun ini sebesar 283.691 ton. Rincian target tersebut, dari jumlah tebu tergiling sebanyak 3.6 juta ton tebu dengan produktivitas sebesar 76 ton per ha, dan target rendemen sebesar 7,74 persen,” paparnya.(mdk)
