Pangdam I/BB, Mayjen TNI Rio Firdianto menutup Perkemahan Sabtu Minggu (Persami) Korps Kadet Republik Indonesia (KKRI) III Triwulan (TW) IV TA 2025 di Resimen Induk Kodam (Rindam) I/BB Pematang Siantar, Minggu (2/11/2025) pagi.
Kegiatan yang diikuti 500 siswa setingkat SMA dari sejumlah kabupaten/kota di Sumut, di antaranya, Pematang Siantar, Medan, Deli Serdang dan Langkat itu berakhir dengan penuh keceriaan.
Sebelum memberikan sambutan, Pangdam I/BB terlebih dahulu mengecek barisan pasukan.
Pangdam I/BB menyampaikan terima kasih dan apresiasinya kepada para siswa yang telah mengikuti kegiatan untuk pembinaan disiplin dan fisik, jiwa kepemimpinan, serta pembalajaran nilai kebangsaan dan bela negara.
Kedisiplinan dan kepatuhan yang dilakukan para siswa itu patut dibanggakan, karena telah membangun sinergi yang kuat antar TNI dengan para pembina.
“Saya ucapkan terima kasih dan apresiasi seluruh pihak yang telah berkontribusi kegiatan ini. Penuh tanggungjawab. Saya bangga kepada peserta yang disiplin. Di sini, Anda mendapatkan pengalaman berharga tentang kebersamaan,” ujar Mayjen TNI Rio Firdianto.
Pangdam I/BB menyebut, dengan adanya Persami itu dapat memberikan perubahN positif bagi para siswa.
“Jadikan pengalaman ini sebagai bagian yang berharga. Tetaplah jadi generasi muda yang berakhlak mulia,” pungkas jenderal bintang dua TNI tersebut.
Sebelum mengakhiri kegiatan dengan foto bersama para PJU Kodam I/BB dan peserta Persami, Pangdam terlebih dahulu menanggalkan tanda peserta dan penyerahan sertifikat.
Terpilih sebagai siswa laki-laki terpavorit dalam kegiatan itu, pelajar dari SMA Negeri 1 Galang, Deli Serdang.
Hadir mewakili Gubsu, Kapolda, ketua DPRD Sumut, Kajatisu dan tamu undangan lainnya.
