LABUHANBATU, INVOCAVIT.COM – Satuan Reserse (Satres) Narkoba Polres Labuhanbatu kembali mengungkap kasus peredaran gelap Narkotika di Wilayah hukum Polres Labuhanbatu.
Kali ini,seorang pria berinisial Ak alias Ompong Alias Ipang (36) warga perumahan Perisai, Kelurahan Bakaran Batu, Kec. Rantau Selatan,Kab. Labuhanbatu.
Kapolres Labuhanbatu AKBP Dr. Bernhard L Malau, S.I.K., M.H., melalui Kasi humas AKP P. Napitupulu, SH mengatakan, penangkapan terhadap tersangka berkat adanya laporan masyarakat.
“Ditangkapnya tanggal 2 Januari 2024 sekira pukul 15.40 Wib di Perumahan Perisai,”Kata Napitupulu,Jum’at (5/1/2024).
“Barang bukti ditemukan berupa sabu dengan berat 3,10 gram bruto dalam 17 bungkus plastik klip transparan serta 1 buah kotak plastik kecil berwarna coklat. Barbut dan tersangka kini sudah digelandang ke satnarkoba untuk pemeriksaan lebih lanjut,”ujar Napitupulu.
Atas perbuatannya tersangka dijerat dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2009 tentang Narkotika.
Kasie Humas Polres Labuhanbatu menghimbau kepada seluruh masyarakat agar turut serta berperan aktif dalam memberantas peredaran narkoba terutama di Kab. Labuhanbatu dan Labuhanbatu Utara dan jika mengetahui adanya transaksi narkoba, segera laporkan ke pihak kepolisian.(abie)
