INVOCAVIT.COM, PERBAUNGAN – Reclea Brick mengenalkan produk bata hitam yang aman dan ramah lingkungan yang dipakai sebagai bahan material bangunan, kepada puluhan mahasiswa Fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri Medan (Unimed), Selasa (7/3).
Produk bata hitam (bata beton untuk pasangan dinding) merek Reclea Brick, diproduksi oleh PT Surya Jaya Agung, daya tekan produk yang telah sesuai Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI). Reclea Brick juga telah mengantongi Certificate of Green Label Indonesia, lulus uji IAPMO Group Indonesia, mendapatkan anugerah sertifikat TOP BRAND, lulus uji Lab Teknik Sipil Politeknik Negeri Medan dan memperoleh penghargaan dari Badan Lingkungan Hidup Provinsi Sumatera Utara dan Pemkab Serdang Berdagai di bidang industri peduli lingkungan.
Sekitar 70 mahasiswa Program Studi S1 Teknik Sipil Fakultas Teknik Unimed menyaksikan langsung produksi bata Reclea Brick di pabrik berlokasi Jalan Medan-Tebing Tinggi Desa Sei Buluh, Kecamatan Perbaungan, Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai, Sumatera Utara, Selasa, 7 Maret 2023.
Satu-satunya bata hitam yang memiliki merk “Reclea Brick”.
Co Founder Reclea Brick, Siswanto Tam menyambut hangat kedatangan para kaum milenial. “Selamat datang para adek-adek mahasiswa. Inilah kondisi pabrik Reclea Brick yang memproduksi bata hitam aman dan ramah lingkungan,” ungkap Siswanto Tam yang akrab disapa Alung.
Alung menerangkan, bahan utama material bata hitam adalah barang sisa pembakaran batubara yang dimanfaatkan menjadi sebuah benda keras berbentuk bata, yang dapat digunakan sebagai bahan material dinding bangunan.
“Produksi bata Reclea Brick telah teruji aman digunakan dan ber-SNI yang dikeluarkan oleh pemerintah maupun lembaga-lembaga terkait seperti Green Label Indonesia,” beber Alung.
Lebih lanjut Alung menjelaskan, keunggulan dari produk bata Reclea Brick adalah menghasilkan bangunan kedap suara dan bata Recela Brick mampu menurunkan tingkat kebisingan hingga 25% (berdasarkan hasil penelitian).
Yang paling membanggakan adalah bata Reclea Brick yang sejak tahun 2015 diproduksi sendiri dari dalam negeri. “Yang pastinya, Reclea Brick produk buatan anak negeri, yang berbahan baku bahan daur ulang, tidak memakai penggunaan media tanah dan dapat membuat bangunan menjadi lebih dingin,” kata Alung.
Hadirnya Reclea Brick membawa konsep ramah lingkungan dan zero toxic, sebagai bahan material yang layak digunakan untuk kebutuhan perumahan atau property maupun sarana pendukung pembangunan infrastuktur.
Alung mengklaim, Reclea Brick satu-satunya batu bata hitam (bata beton) di Indonesia yang bercap merk di batanya. Reclea Brick menggunakan bahan baku dari sisa pembakaran batubara yang mengandung senyawa dengan daya perekat tinggi dalam membuat batu bata.
Reclea Brick menargetkan pasar pemilik rumah yang peduli akan mutu bangunan dan hemat produksi. “Reclea Brick mendorong terwujudnya rumah idaman yang berkualitas, ramah lingkungan dan paling utama adalah murah dan hemat dalam pemakaian material,” kata Alung.
Sementara itu, kunjungan rombongan puluhan mahasiswa Unimed ke pabrik Reclea Brick didampingi 2 orang dosen, yaitu Irma Novrianty Nasution, S.T. M.Ds dan Ahmad Zulfikar, S.T.,M.Arch.
Dosen pendamping, Ahmad Zulfikar mengucapkan terimakasih kepada Reclea Brick yang telah menerima kunjungan para mahasiswa Program Studi S1 Teknik Sipil Fakultas Teknik Unimed.
“Mahasiswa semester genap Tahun Akademik 2022/2023 yang ikut ada 70 orang, yang wajib melaksanakan Mata Kuliah Rekayasa Industri. Dan memilih Reclea Brick sebagai lokasi kunjungan mahasiswa untuk menggali informasi proses hilir dan hulu produksi bata Reclea Brick,” ujar Ahmad.
Ahmad merasa kagum dengan produksi bata Reclea Brick. “Sumatera Utara harus bangga memiliki Reclea Brick, usaha bata hitam milik anak negeri. Reclea Brick berperan penting dalam menjaga kelestarian lingkungan, di mana hasil olahan sisa pembakaran batubara yg diolah dgn teknologi tinggi dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai batu bata hitam yang bernilai ekonomi dan BERANI BERUBAH MENJADI LEBIH BAIK,” cetusnya.
