INVOCAVIT.COM, JAKARTA – Bupati Langkat nonaktif, Terbit Rencana Perangin Angin divonis 9 tahun penjara dan denda Rp 300 juta subsider 5 bulan kurungan dalam kasus suap proyek di lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Langkat.

 

Ketua Majelis Hakim Pengadilan Tindak Pidana Korupsi (Tipikor) Jakarta Pusat Djuyamto menegaskan, Terbit Rencana terbukti bersalah telah melakukan tindak pidana korupsi sebagaimana diatur Pasal 12 huruf b Undang-Undang (UU) Nomor 31 Tahun 1999 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi.

 

“Menjatuhkan pidana kepada terdakwa I, Terbit Rencana Perangin Angin dengan pidana penjara selama 9 tahun dan denda sejumlah Rp 300 juta subsider pidana kurungan pengganti selama 5 bulan kurungan,” kata Djuyamto, saat membacakan amar putusan, Rabu (19/10/2022).

 

Selain menjatuhkan hukuman pidana badan dan denda, Majelis Hakim Tipikor menjatuhkan pidana tambahan berupa pencabutan hak politiknya untuk dipilih sebagai pejabat publik selama lima tahun.

 

“Menjatuhkan pidana tambahan kepada Terbit Rencana Perangin Angin berupa pencabutan hak untuk dipilih dalam jabatan publik selama lima tahun setelah terdakwa selesai menjalani pidana pokok,” ujar Djuyamto.

 

Selain itu, Majelis Hakim Tipikor menjatuhkan hukuman kepada kakak kandung Terbit, Iskandar Perangin Angin dengan pidana penjara selama 7 tahun dan enam bulan penjara serta denda Rp 300 juta subsider 5 bulan kurungan.

 

“Menjatuhkan pidana penjara kepada terdakwa II Iskandar Perangin Angin dengan pidana penjara selama 7 tahun dan 6 bulan dan denda sejumlah Rp 300 juta subsider kurungan selama 5 bulan kurungan,” ujar Djuyamto.

 

Vonis Majelis Hakim Pengadilan Tipikor ini sama dengan tuntutan Jaksa Penuntut Umum Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK).

 

Dalam persidangan sebelumnya, Jaksa KPK Zainal Abidin meminta Terbit dihukum 9 tahun penjara dan denda Rp 300 juta. Selain itu, Jaksa meminta hak politiknya dicabut selama lima tahun.

 

Pada sidang tersebut, Majelis Hakim juga menjatuhkan vonis terhadap orang kepercayaan Terbit, Marcos Surya Abdi dengan hukuman 7 tahun enam bulan penjara dan denda Rp 300 juta subsider 5 bulan kurungan.

 

Kemudian, Hakim menjatuhkan vonis 5 tahun penjara kepada orang kepercayaan Terbit lainnya, Shuhandra dan Isfi Syafitradan denda Rp 250 juta subsider 3 bulan kurungan.

 

Terbit Rencana ditetapkan tersangka setelah terjaring dalam operasi tangkap tangan (OTT) KPK pada 18 Januari 2022. Dalam operasi itu, KPK mengamankan barang bukti berupa uang tunai Rp 786 juta.

 

Selanjutnya, Jaksa mendakwa Terbit telah menerima suap dari kontraktor bernama Muara Perangin Angin sebesar Rp 572 juta.

 

Suap diberikan karena Muara telah ditetapkan sebagai pemenang tender pengerjaan proyek di lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Langkat. Terkait kasus ini, Muara sudah divonis 2,5 tahun penjara dan denda Rp 200 juta subsider 4 bulan kurungan.
