4 perampok spesialis nasabah bank digiring petugas Polda Sumut, Selasa (12/9/2023)
INVOCAVIT.COM, MEDAN – Polda Sumut mengungkap kasus perampokan nasabah bank antar propinsi dengan modus pecah kaca. Ternyata, satu dari empat pelaku yang merupakan ”Kapten” dalam komplotan itu bernama Rudi Thusin (RT), warga Palembang Sumatera Selatan (Sumsel), pernah merampok di Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
RT tercatat sudah 9 kali beraksi di sejumlah provinsi di tanah air dan Malaysia, dua kali gagal. Kejahatan ini sudah dilakoni sejak 2010 lalu.
“RT ini sebagai kapten sudah 9 kali beraksi antarprovinsi, bahkan pernah main di Malaysia,” ungkap Direktur Reskrimum Polda Sumut, Kombes Pol Sumaryono didampingi Kabid Humas, Kombes Pol Hadi Wahyudi, Selasa (12/9/2023).
Rudi Thusin pergi ke Malaysia dengan menggunakan paspor. Kemudian, dia bergabung dengan timnya di Kuala Lumpur Malaysia melakukan perampokan sebanyak satu kali. Mereka berhasil menggondol 15.000 ringgit atau sekitar Rp.35 juta, tahun 2010.
Dalam setiap beraksi, RT berperan sebagai pencari korban dan memantau situasi di lapangan. Dia beraksi bersama tiga tersangka lain dengan menggunakan pecahan busi lalu memecahkan kaca mobil korbannya.
“Tersangka RT beraksi naik sepeda motor bersama temannya tersangka Hendra Saputra (HS) sebagai joki,” terangnya.
Kata Sumaryo, HS, warga Sumsel sudah 4 kali beraksi, selain joki juga berperan memantau situasi saat beraksi.
Tersangka Umardi Saputra (US), warga Sumsel, berperan sebagai eksekutor dan sudah 7 kali beraksi menaiki sepeda motor RX King di sejumlah provinsi.
Sedangkan tersangka Rendi Marceleno (RM), warga Sumsel berperan sebagai joki RX King berboncengan dengan US dan sudah 8 kali beraksi di sejumlah provinsi.
“Tersangka US berperan sebagai eksekutor, memecahkan kaca mobil korban dan mengambil uang. US selalu dibonceng oleh RM,” sebut Sumaryono.
Adapun 9 Tempat Kejadian Perkara (TKP) 4 tersangka beraksi adalah, Kuala Lumpur Malaysia, Sibolga Sumatera Utara, Majalengka Jawa Barat, daerah Candi Borobudur Jawa Tengah, Teluk Kuantan Riau, Rokan Hilir Riau, Tarutung Taput, Lubuk Pakam Deliserdang dan Pekanbaru Riau.
“Uang hasil rampasan digunakan para tersangka untuk kebutuhan sehari-hari,” pungkas Sumaryono.
Sebelumnya, tim gabungan Polda Sumut, Polres Deliserdang dan Polres Taput menangkap empat kawanan perampok nasabah bank antarprovinsi dengan modus pecah kaca mobil.
Keempat tersangka diamankan terpisah, Riau dan Sumsel saat merencanakan aksi perampokan nasabah Bank BRI cabang pembantu Harapan Tani, Kabupaten Indra Giri Hilir, Provinsi Riau.(jos).
