INVOCAVIT.COM, MEDAN –  Petugas Unit Pidum Satreskrim Polrestabes Medan menangkap pelaku penistaan agama lewat unggahan di media sosial, Jumat (11/11/2022).

 

Tersangka penistaan agama yang diamankan berinisial RS (34) warga Jalan Orde Baru Kabupaten Deli Serdang.

 

Kapolrestabes Medan Kombes Pol Valentino Alfa Tatareda SH SIK melalui Kasat Reskrim Polrestabes Medan Kompol Teuku Fathir Mustafa SIK MH mengatakan penangkapan terhadap tersangka berawal saat pihak kepolisian melakukan patroli siber, Sabtu (5/11/2022).

 

“Pada saat dilakukan patroli siber menemukan unggahan di akun tiktok Hidayah Mualaf Channel yang mengunggah rekaman suara seorang laki-laki diduga berinisial RS,” katanya.

 

Kompol Fathir melanjutkan tim siber kemudian melakukan pencaharian terhadap isi konten yang terdapat di akun Tiktok Hidayah Mualaf Channel.

 

“Dan menemukan hasil diduga suara seorang laki-laki berasal dari akun channel youtube Anak Batak,” ujarnya.

 

Polisi kemudian melakukan profiling terhadap seorang laki-laki tersebut dan menemukan identitas yang diduga adalah RS seorang laki-laki sebagai pemilik akun youtube Anak Batak.

 

“Terhadap pemilik akun tersebut sudah ditetapkan sebagai tersangka dan sudah ditahan,” jelasnya.

 

Akibat perbuatannya tersangka dijerat dengan pasal 28 ayat (2) jo Pasal 45 a Ayat (2) Undang-Undang Nomor 19
Tahun 2016 tentang ITE dan/atau Pasal 156A KUHP, dengan ancaman hukuman diatas 5 tahun penjara.(jos).
