Davis,Swiss, INVOCAVIT.COM: Dihadapan para pemimpin dunia dalam forum World Economic Forum (WEF) 2026 di Davos, Swiss, Presiden RI Prabowo mengungkap pemerintah telah menutup 1.000 tambang ilegal di berbagai wilayah Indonesia.

Prabowo menegaskan penutupan perusahaan tambang ilegal tersebut sebagai bentuk komitmen tegas pemerintahannya dalam memberantas praktik ilegal di sektor kehutanan dan sumber daya alam.

Menurut Presiden, langkah tersebut merupakan bagian dari penegakan hukum paling berani dan paling tegas yang pernah dilakukan sepanjang sejarah Indonesia.

“Hingga saat ini, kami telah menutup 1.000 tambang ilegal. Namun laporan dari jajaran saya menunjukkan masih ada setidaknya 1.000 tambang ilegal lainnya,” ujar Prabowo saat berpidato, Kamis (22/1/26).

Dalam satu tahun masa pemerintahannya, Prabowo menyebut aparat berhasil menyita sekitar 4 juta hektare lahan yang digunakan untuk perkebunan dan pertambangan ilegal.

Selain itu, pemerintah juga mencabut izin 28 perusahaan yang menguasai sekitar 1,1 juta hektare lahan karena terbukti beroperasi di kawasan hutan lindung.

“Jika digabungkan dengan 4 juta hektare lahan ilegal yang telah kami sita sebelumnya, maka pada hakikatnya kami telah menjalankan penegakan hukum kehutanan yang paling berani dan paling tegas dalam sejarah Indonesia,” tegasnya.

PENYELEWENGAN TATA KELOLA BBM

Tak hanya di sektor kehutanan, Prabowo juga menyoroti pengungkapan kasus besar penyelewengan dalam tata kelola bahan bakar minyak (BBM) dan minyak mentah.

Ia menyebut praktik-praktik tersebut sebagai pelanggaran terang-terangan terhadap supremasi hukum dan kedaulatan negara Republik Indonesia.

“Mungkin para pengusaha Rakus yang menyebut diri mereka wirausahawan merasa tidak perlu mengakui kedaulatan pemerintah Indonesia. Atau mereka merasa bisa menyuap seluruh pejabat pemerintahan,” ungkap Prabowo Subianto.

“Baiklah, saya menantang mereka untuk mencoba menyuap pemerintahan saya. Mereka akan mendapatkan kejutan besar,” lanjutnya.

Presiden juga mengungkap jumlah korporasi yang diduga melanggar hukum mencapai 666 perusahaan.

Meski menghadapi tekanan besar, Prabowo menegaskan pemerintah tidak akan mundur sedikit pun.

“Satu-satunya jalan adalah keberanian untuk menegakkan hukum. Tidak boleh ada kompromi. Tidak boleh ada langkah mundur,” tidak boleh negara kalah dengan para Mafia,” tutup Presiden RI.**
