Toyota HI-ACE BK 7705 PK tertabrak Kereta Api lokomotif diperlintasan Jalan umum Desa Pantai Kelang – Desa Sei Buluh, tepatnya di perlintasan Rel Kereta Api Dusun I Desa Sei Buluh Kec. Perbaungan Kab. Serdang Bedagai, Kamis (23/6) sekitar pukul 17.30 wib.
Jenazah para korban tewas dan luka-luka dibawa ke rumah sakit terdekat. Sementara mobil penumpang diamankan di Pos Lantas Sei Jenggi Polres Sergai.
Informasi diperoleh, mobil Microbus penumpang Toyota HI-ACE BK 7705 PK yang dikemudikan oleh Syafrifuddin (49) warga Dusun VIII Kp. Nangka Desa Aracondong Kec. Stabat Kab. Langkat datang dari arah Pantai Kelang menuju arah Jalan propinsi Desa Sei Buluh.
Setibanya di TKP di duga kurang hati – hati dan tidak memperhatikan Kereta Api Tanki no lokomotif 2018337 yang diawaki masinis Hery Andika yang datang dari arah Tebing Tinggi menuju arah Medan Sehingga terjadi tabrakan.
Akibat kejadian tersebut pengemudi mobil penumpang toyota tersebut bersama 4 orang penumpang meninggal dunia sedangkan 4 orang mengalami luka berat.
Para korban yang tewas dan luka-luka yakni, sopir mobil, Syarifuddin (49) warga Dusun VIII Kp. Nangka, RT/ RW -, Kel. Ara Condong, Kec. Stabat, Kab. Langkat.

Lalu, Minarni (68) warga Citra Land Gama City Bahamas Blok H2H, Kel. Medan Estate, Kec. Percut Sei Tuan, Kab. Deli Serdang dan Tio Gek Sam (69) perempuan warga Jalan Pemuda, Kel. Pekan TJ. Pura, Kec. Tanjung Pura, Kab. Langkat.
Sementara luka-luka yakni, Nuraini (51), perempuan warga Jalan Syekh A Wahab, Kel. Pekan Tanjung Pura, Kec. Tanjung Pura, Kab. Langkat, mengalami kaki patah sebelah kiri, luka robek pada pelipis sebelah kanan berobat di RSU Trianda, Kec. Perbaungan, Kab. Serdang Bedagai kemudian dirujuk ke RSU Royal Prima Medan.
Noni (58) ibu rumah tangga warga Jalan Sudirman, Kel. Pekan Tanjung Pura, Kec. Tanjung Pura, Kab. Langkat, mengalami cidera kepala berobat di RSU Trianda, Kec. Perbaungan, Kab. Serdang Bedagai kemudian dirujuk ke RS Colombia Medan.
Selanjutnya, Toh Akie alias Lidia (65), perempuan warga Jalan Kenari Medan, Kel. Sekip, Kec. Medan Petisah, Kota Medan, mengalami cidera kepala berobat di RSU Trianda, Kec. Perbaungan, Kab. Serdang Bedagai kemudian dirujuk ke RS Mitra Medika Premier S Parman.
Selvia (65), perempuan warga Jalan Sudirman, Kel. Pekan Tanjung Pura, Kec. Tanjung Pura, Kab. Langkat, mengalami cidera kepala berobat di RSU Trianda, Kec. Perbaungan, Kab. Serdang Bedagai kemudian dirujuk ke RS Colombia Medan.
Sementara penumpang yang selamat dan tidak mengalami luka antara lain, Mimi (54), perempuan, warga Jalan Sudirman, Kel. Tanjung pura Kec. Tanjung pura Kab. Langkat tidak mengalami luka.
