TANJUNGBALAI,INVOCAVIT.COM-Sat Lantas Polres Tanjungbalai kembali menggelar aksi simpatik dalam rangka Operasi Zebra Toba 2025. Memanfaatkan momen Minggu pagi (23/11).
Petugas menyapa masyarakat di sekitar Lapangan Sultan Abdul Jalil Rahmadsyah (Lapangan Pasir) dan Jalan Pahlawan untuk membagikan brosur serta stiker keselamatan.
Kegiatan yang dimulai pukul 08.00 WIB ini dipimpin langsung oleh Kasat Lantas Polres Tanjungbalai, AKP Demonstar, SH, MH. Dalam keterangannya, AKP Demonstar menjelaskan bahwa pendekatan preventif ini dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya tertib berlalu lintas.
“Hari ini kami membagikan brosur dan menempelkan stiker himbauan Operasi Zebra Toba 2025. Kami ingin masyarakat tahu bahwa operasi ini masih berlangsung hingga tanggal 30 November 2025 nanti,” ujar AKP Demonstar.
Selain membagikan atribut sosialisasi, para personil yang bertugas, termasuk Ipda Ponimen (Kasatgas Preemtif) dan Aiptu P. Manik (Kasub Satgas Dikmas), juga memberikan penyuluhan langsung kepada warga yang sedang beraktivitas. Edukasi difokuskan pada pemahaman aturan lalu lintas demi menekan angka kecelakaan.
“Tujuannya jelas, menciptakan situasi lalu lintas yang aman, kondusif, dan lancar di wilayah hukum Polres Tanjungbalai,” tambahnya.
Kegiatan berlangsung dalam situasi aman dengan kondisi cuaca cerah. Arus lalu lintas di sekitar lokasi pun terpantau lancar terkendali.
Masyarakat dihimbau untuk terus melengkapi surat-surat kendaraan dan mematuhi rambu lalu lintas, tidak hanya saat operasi berlangsung, namun setiap saat demi keselamatan bersama.(anja)
