TNI–POLRI Bagikan Bubur Gratis untuk Ratusan Siswa di Kab Sergai.(ist)
SERGAI, INVOCAVIT.COM: Dalam rangka memperingati HUT TNI ke-80, jajaran TNI–POLRI menggelar kegiatan sosial penuh kepedulian di SMP Negeri 4 Tanjung Beringin, Desa Tebing Tinggi, Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai (Sergai), Sumut, Senin (13/10/2025).
Kegiatan yang semula direncanakan sebagai upacara dengan pembina dari TNI AL terpaksa dialihkan menjadi kegiatan edukatif karena lapangan sekolah tergenang banjir. Meski begitu, semangat kebersamaan tidak surut.
“Giat belajar, berdoa, bersyukur. Jaga kesehatan, jauhi narkoba, dan gunakan HP dengan bijak,” pesan Lettu Marinir Eko Kurniawan, Dansatgas Puter, kepada para siswa.
Imbauan serupa juga disampaikan oleh Ipda Brimen, SH, MH dari Polri dan dr. Vera dari Puskesmas setempat yang hadir bersama tim kesehatan.
Usai penyuluhan, TNI–POLRI membagikan bubur kacang hijau gratis kepada ratusan siswa sebagai bentuk kepedulian terhadap gizi pelajar. Kegiatan ini disambut antusias oleh para guru dan murid dengan makan bubur bersama serta teh manis.
Tim kesehatan juga menggelar cek kesehatan gratis (CKG) bagi siswa yang mengalami demam dan gangguan mata. Hasil tes darah menunjukkan negatif malaria, sementara siswa dengan gangguan mata dirujuk ke RSUD Sultan Sulaiman dan telah mendapatkan penanganan medis melalui dr. Fauziah.
Sebagai penutup, para siswa bersama guru dan petugas menanam bunga marigold (tai ayam) di pot sekolah sebagai edukasi menjaga lingkungan sehat dan tanaman ini dikenal efektif dalam mengusir nyamuk penyebab malaria
“Terima kasih kepada TNI–POLRI atas perhatian dan bantuan nutrisi buburnya. Anak-anak kami jadi lebih semangat belajar karena sudah sarapan,” ujar Kepala Sekolah Irwan Syahputra, S.Pd.
