“Awalnya korban berkenalan dengan pelaku melalui aplikasi IG (Instagram). Lalu, pelaku mengajak korban bertemu di depan SPBU di Jalan Pasar III Marelan dan mengajaknya menonton bareng di Suzuya Marelan, ” kata Kapolsek Medan Labuhan AKP PS Simbolon saat menggelar pres release di Mako Polres Pelabuhan Belawan, Senin (4/12).
Ucap Kapolsek Medan Labuhan itu lebih lanjut, saat itu pelaku tidak membawa sepeda motor dan mereka berangkat ke Suzuya untuk nonton mengunakan sepeda motor milik korban.
“Usai mereka menonton, pelaku kembali membawa korban ketempat awal mereka bertemu di SPBU Pasar III Marelan, lalu dengan berpura-pura pelaku menyuruh korban untuk membeli rokok dan pelaku langsung membawa kabur sepeda motor NMAx milik korban, ” ungkapnya.
Dikatakan, dari keterangan tersangka, dia mengakui perbuatannya dan kita jerat dengan pasal 372 subs 378 KUHP dengan ancaman hukuman 4 tahun penjara.(red).
