BELAWAN, INVOCAVIT.COM – Kasus pembunuhan tragis menimpa seorang bocah berusia 7 tahun di Labuhan Deli. Korban berinisial KA, ditemukan tewas dalam kondisi mengenaskan di sebuah kolam dalam gudang samping rumahnya di Desa Manunggal, Kecamatan Labuhan Deli, pada Rabu (26/2) sekitar pukul 14.00 WIB.
Saat ditemukan, korban dalam keadaan telungkup di dalam lumpur, leher terikat tali warna putih, mulut disumpal kain handuk, tidak mengenakan celana, dan sudah dalam keadaan meninggal dunia. Peristiwa ini langsung mengundang kepedihan dan kemarahan keluarga korban serta masyarakat sekitar.
Diketahui, sebelum kejadian, korban berpamitan kepada ibunya untuk membuang bangkai kucing atas permintaan tersangka, Dimas (19). Namun, setelah lama tidak pulang, keluarga korban mulai mencari keberadaan KA. Dugaan kuat mengarah pada Dimas karena korban terakhir terlihat bersamanya. Saat keluarga hendak mencari Dimas, ia sudah melarikan diri.
Mendapat laporan pembunuhan tersebut, Polsek Medan Labuhan bersama Sat Reskrim Polres Pelabuhan Belawan bergerak cepat dengan melakukan olah tempat kejadian perkara (TKP), pemeriksaan saksi-saksi, serta penyelidikan intensif terhadap keberadaan tersangka.
Dalam waktu hanya 5 jam, petugas berhasil mengidentifikasi lokasi persembunyian tersangka. “Kami mendapat informasi bahwa tersangka berada di Kecamatan Sunggal. Tim segera melakukan pengejaran dan berhasil menangkap tersangka pada hari yang sama sekitar pukul 19.00 WIB,” ungkap Kasat Reskrim Polres Pelabuhan Belawan, AKP Riffi Noor Faizal dalam keterangan tertulis, Kamis (27/2).
Dari hasil interogasi, Dimas mengakui perbuatannya. Ia mengaku merencanakan pembunuhan tersebut karena sakit hati setelah dipecat dari pekerjaannya akibat laporan abang korban yang menyebutnya menjual barang milik perusahaan. Lebih mengerikan lagi, tersangka juga mengakui telah melakukan pelecehan seksual terhadap korban sebelum membunuhnya.
Saat ini, tersangka telah diamankan di Sat Reskrim Polres Pelabuhan Belawan untuk pemeriksaan lebih lanjut. “Tersangka akan dijerat dengan Pasal 340 KUHP tentang pembunuhan berencana serta undang-undang perlindungan anak, dengan ancaman hukuman maksimal hukuman mati atau seumur hidup,” tegas AKP Riffi Noor Faizal.(red)
